My policy is that if the company cannot get their timing for their review request to match knowing that the customer HAS the product.... they get a one-star review. I was SUPPOSED to have it to day.... but the shipping was delayed. So.... I am looking at the box that I don't have and admiring how the knife feels in my hand... even though I don't have it.... and that's where I'm at. Waiting while being asked how I like it.
