Lemon & Herb Peri-Peri Sauce is a South African favorite.  It is the mildest peri-peri sauce we offer.  We use the whole lemon so you get the fresh "bite" of the essential oils in the lemon peel.  Use it with Peri-Peri Chicken, Shrimp, Fish and even some veggies!


Ingredients and how it's made

The secret to Peri-Peri sauce is the Peri-Peri Pepper, also known as the African Bird's Eye Chili Pepper.  This exotic pepper grows wild in Africa and has been kissed by the African sun.    The Peri-Peri Pepper has an intense flavor, it is more than just "hot."  Couple this unique pepper with the detailed, layered cooking process and viola, you have the world's most flavorful sauce (with heat!)  The Lemon & Herb Peri-Peri sauce has fresh garlic, onions, lemons (the whole lemon), herbs and spices and 3 peppers, of course, including the Peri-Peri Pepper.
