I stumbled into finding out about this device on YouTube. The fellow was cooking baby backs on a rotisserie with this and he was delighted with the results. So I picked one up to try on my Weber. It worked fantastic but there is a caveat. . . . . I don't think this device was built for doing baby backs. Probably for fish filets. It wouldn't close with the ribs in it. No problem. I used a couple of metal zip ties to hold it closed. It worked beautifully and I so glad I found out about this !!
Great rotisserie item. Easy to use. First cook was two racks of baby back ribs. Reduced cook time and the ribs were delicious.
