For items shipped via LTL FREIGHT:
FREIGHT IS SHIPPED VIA TRACTOR-TRAILER WITH AN EQUIPPED LIFTGATE. DELIVERY IS CURBSIDE ONLY!!**Make sure delivery address can receive 18-wheeled trucks, as customer will be responsible for undeliverable freight fees. (THIS INCLUDES TO AND FROM ATTEMPTED DELIVERY)
ANY ADDRESS CHANGES WILL CHARGE A FEE OF $200, PER FREIGHT COMPANY RECONSIGN CHARGES**MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT SHIPPING PRIOR TO ORDER BEING PLACED.
In the presence of the driver, you need to inspect the shipment to ensure all items are correct and all pieces accounted for are undamaged before you accept a shipment. ONCE YOU SIGN FOR SHIPMENT, ANY DAMAGE FOUND IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! If there is any damage, you will either note the damage or you have the right to refuse delivery. If you refuse delivery you must:
- Make note of the damages on delivery receipt
- Immediately email pictures of damages to customerservice@atlantagrillcompany.com
If you want to initiate an LTL return after it leaves our Fulfillment center, please follow the following steps:
- If a freight item is cancelled after being fulfilled and picked up at our warehouse, you will be responsible for the rerouting fee to bring it back to AGC. Freight charges a minimum of $250 for rerouting charges and will be dependent on how far the shipment traveled for additional fees. (This could mean the entire shipping to and from charge if it reached the local terminal).
- In order to return a freight item, it must have all original straps and packaging (cannot be opened/straps cut) to ensure no damages during delivery. We will not accept returns without original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees (to and from) and will be deducted from refund payment.
