Heat distributes evenly across the whole surface, including up the sides, so whether I'm searing, sautéing, or frying eggs, everything cooks consistently. The titanium non-stick surface is no joke either — food slides right off, and cleanup takes about 30 seconds. No soaking, no scrubbing.
The handle stays cool during stovetop use, which is a small but meaningful detail. And knowing it's chemical-free makes it easy to feel good about cooking with it every day.

This pan is the holy grail of pans. Outstanding. It should pay for itself in a few months. No more tossing away good pans with destroyed non-stick coating. The experience with Atlanta Grill was smooth and efficient, as well as having one of the best prices. Very happy, all around.
