Cutting Board for Berkel Home Line 200

The Home Line 200 cutting board for slicers was specifically designed for this line of electric slicers by the Berkel designers themselves. The board, made of heat-treated wood, slides onto the plate and slots perfectly into the spaces. The slices slide from the stainless steel blade and rest directly on the wooden cutting board.
