I bought this as an early Christmas present for my wife, as she does a lot of baking this time of year.
She absolutely LOVES the mixer, and uses it almost every day. She can't believe how well the mixer kneads the dough so there is minimal hand kneading needed, if any at all.
Our kids will be buying her the pasta accessories as their present to her.
