I searched for metal utensil that are not made in China. I found French de Buyer, and purchased them from Atlanta Grill Co. These Steel Utensils are EXCELLENT, AWESOME, AMAZING!! The quality is A+++. Their handles are Beechwood rubbed with bees wax. Upon receiving them, I promptly took all my plastic utensils and put them in the recycling bin! I am always cooking as I don't buy prepared food, so I then bought additional slotted/solid/skimming spoons. I always need more than one when I'm cooking. I would recommend these as must-haves.
