Thanks for the speedy delivery, I love smoking my meats with peach wood, I smoked a 10 pound turkey yesterday,it had been years since I had done this and it turned out just as good as I remembered, it was so juicy that you don't need gravy even with the white meat, thanks again and have a wonderful holiday season

Subtle smoke flavor
Excellent choice if you want a subtle smoke flavor, not a heavy smoke like mesquite or hickory. Great with chicken
