This is my first cabin steel pan. Love it easy to season. Love how it cooks burgers. Real even cooking. Sears the meat really good . Responds to fast when changing temperature. Feels like a well made pan. Going to buy the 11 in next 😃.

A tip for initial wax removal: Barkeepers Friend, boiling water and a Japanese coconut fiber brush. Clean in under 2 minutes! I seasoned 3 times with peanut oil at 475deg. for 1 hour each.
