I took careful time to treat the new pan as per instructions. Eggs sticks to the pan like glue.
I do not recommend, try other pans besides carbon steel. It was a waste of $100 for me.

Damaged pan received
I purchased the carbon steel PRO 11". It came with nicks and markings both inside, on the bottom and on the edge. I sent an email the day I opened the package to ask if the pan had been a refurbished and/or a returned pan, sent a few pics and short video and never got a response. I'm left wondering if because the pan is sold at a slight discount it is because the pans have been used before. I have not used it, I'm so disappointed. Can't believe I spent over $100 on a pan that I was so excited to get and received what I did. Always buy from the company who makes the product if you want the best plus good customer service. FYI, I'm sure the pan will cook the same but again, I'm disappointed.
