This pan DOES NOT have the non-stick properties they brag about. If you want a nice small pan to sauteé vegetables in, or to heat up leftovers for lunch, it doesn't work any better than any other pan and costs 5 times as much. I have YET to cook eggs in this pan without them sticking... I've tried scrambled, sunny-side up, over easy... forget about it. I was a chef for 15 years, so I know how to flip eggs and toss vegetables in a pan. Save your money and go with cast iron, and you'll never look back.
