The timeless combination of salt, pepper, and garlic is the most commonly used rub, seasoning, and final finish for all types of meat, especially steak. After watching and talking with all types of steak cooking competitors, we determined that the finest grind makes the best steak dust. Our unique blend of 60-mesh pepper, dendritic salt (more of a salt snowflake than a salt crystal), and powdered garlic results in an ultra-fine steak dust that wins. And we added some special spices, too; a small sweet note along with a small heat note to give Trio a signature flavor. Trio - Competition SPG is so finely ground that it results in a massive surface area for each ingredient, giving a great boost of flavor with just a little dusting.
