I wasn’t sure how thick it would be because that is not mentioned in them description. I thought it was going to be 1/4” thick. It’s not. I heated a frozen pizza on it so far. I’ll learn to adjust cook time for that. I bought it to open bake bread on it. I have not yet tried it for that. I have high hopes though.

I had a a hard time finding a steel that would fit my oven for baking bread and at a reasonable price. This one was both and fast delivery!!
