I can honestly say that these pans are the best non stick pans I have ever used. If you follow the usage instructions you will not be disappointed. They clean up beautifully. I don’t have anything negative to write. Amazing quality that you expect from Viking.

Maybe its the cook not the cookware
Not what I expected. I was excited to try this as I wanted to move away from other non-stick. BUT - after the first use, I found in this case that these pans were anything but non-stick. They do clean up ok, but I will be going back to my previous pans.
